The hotel is new, room very clean and calm. All the furniture is pretty new. The bed is comfortable and bath items they provide all you need. I highly recommend this hotel, it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed

The property was absolutely outstanding in every aspect — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and with top-notch facilities. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Very clean, staff super attentive and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms were big, showers had great pressure. They allowed us to do a late check out without any extra cost, which was great because we had to wait for our bus.

Receptionist staff , especiall thanks to Staff Hajer , she was so nice and generous and very very helpful and useful also, Stadf Nada she was helpful and useful , generous, kind ,incredible both of them I wish they get bonuses or extra off love you two . I was in room 102❤️

I wish I had more time to spend at this hotel – it’s incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Everything was nearly perfect, from the staff to the rooms to the overall hospitality. I’m truly amazed to have found a hotel in Yanbu with such high standards.

Mrs. Nada (the reception) is truly friendly & supportive. The Hotel over all is too quite and their staff are so friendly. Comparing with prices, it is worth it to be visited again.
